At 3 Tone Enterprise, we expect our drivers to uphold professional standards that reflect the quality and reliability of WaterPallets deliveries. Every interaction with a customer influences future load opportunities, which is why consistent communication, flexibility, and dependable performance are essential. Drivers play a direct role in maintaining strong relationships with the organizations we serve, and we rely on them to represent our logistics network with professionalism and care.
All drivers must submit the following before their first load:
Clear, timely updates that keep every delivery on track.
Adapting to routes, schedules, and customer needs as they change.
Reliable delivery that protects future load opportunities.
At 3 Tone Enterprise, we hold our drivers to certain standards. As the consumer receiving the product by the driver has a big effect to the amount of loads. Along with the consumer, is the flexibility and communication from the driver.
Drivers are paid after delivery confirmation and required documentation are submitted. We offer several payment options through standard business platforms such as Bill.com, Square, Stripe, and QuickBooks. Processing times vary by platform, and drivers may choose the option that best fits their preferred payout speed.
CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo are not accepted. We use standard business payment platforms to ensure accurate records and reliable processing.
Proof of Delivery is required for every load. It verifies that the delivery was completed, protects the driver, and ensures accurate documentation for payment processing.
Drivers must have an active MC or DOT number, a valid driver's license, current insurance, and a verified business payment method. These requirements ensure compliance, safety, and reliable coordination across all WaterPallets deliveries.
Drivers deliver palletized hydration and beverage products for WaterPallets. Most loads exceed 1,000 pounds, but smaller products are also available depending on vehicle capacity and regional demand.
Drivers can access additional delivery opportunities by staying in communication with their dispatcher and our driver liaison. They will help identify available routes in your service area and connect you with consistent movement based on regional demand.
